SHOW CHOIRSATURDAYS 12.00 - 1.00pm
Hampton Methodist Church, Percy Road, Hampton Our Show Choir rehearse every Saturday in term time from 12pm - 1pm and are directed by our founder and Musical Director, Emma Louise Tinniswood and choregraphed by Ashley Johnson.
The choir explore a wide range of musical styles including rock, pop, jazz, blues and musical theatre and work towards a wide range of showcase performances. The group work on singing technique and singing in 3 and 4 part harmonies as well as musical conventions and skills. They also learn choreography in a variety of styles for the music they are learning. Throughout the year they have numerous performances opportunities to show case their work. Previous performances have included: ROYAL WINDSOR FLOWER SHOW 2024 AND 2023 IN WINDSOR GREAT PARK FOR THE DUCHESS OF EDINBURGH WINDSOR CASTLE - CHRISTMAS COCNERT IN THE GREAT HALL IN 2023 HOLLY AND IVY CHRISTMAS CONCERT FOR THE MAYOR OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES AT ST JAMES CHURCH, HAMPTON HILL TWICKENHAM CHRISTMAS LIGHTS 2022, 2023 AND 2024 WEST END SHOWCASE AT LEATHERHEAD THEATRE 2023 |
