We offer a wide range of Drama and Dance themed parties for every occasion.  All you have to do is choose the theme and we do the rest.  And because each party is adapted to suit your particular needs, we ensure that each and every party is a truly unique experience that your child will never forget.  We cater for children aged between 3 and 8 years as this is the age range that most benefit from and enjoy themed birthday parties.  Entertainment is an important part of children's birthday parties and even the most creative of us can run out of fresh ideas and that's what makes our Drama and Dance parties so fresh.  There are times that a child will remember for the rest of their lives - so make their birthday one of them.

At Step On Stage we are passionate about creating unique ideas and we welcome new challenges and that's why we adapt each and every party theme to suit your child.  We pride ourselves on providing services and products of the highest quality.  Our party co-ordinators are experienced Drama and Dance practitioners and you can rest safe in the knowledge that they are all CRB checked and that we have full public liability insurance.

Our workshops are action packed and high energy.  We combine Drama, Creative Movement and Music to whisk your child and their friends off on an exciting adventure.  Each workshop is based around an original story and from this the children experience a range of activities. We also incorporate a range of traditional party games into the workshop which are adapted to the theme of the party.  Currently we offer the following themes:

Venue?

Because our workshops are full of games and practical exploration the larger the space the better.  Ideally a hall is suited to our workshops as this allows plenty of space for each child to develop their creativity without being restricted. However, not everybody has access to a hall, so a large room, free from too many things for the children to bump into is also okay depending on numbers.

How many children can participate?

Our workshops are designed for up to 25 children to participate.

What happens on the day?

On the day of the party are co-ordinators will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the start of the party to get organsied. 2 or 3 co-ordinators will run the party for you depending on the number of children and they will arrive with music, props and costumes to help whisk your child and their friends off on an unforgettable adventure.

Apart from the workshops what other services can you provide?

For an extra cost we can also arrange decorations, tablewear and party bags to link in with the theme of the party.  Please phone us to discuss your individual needs.

Can parents stay and watch?

Whilst we know that most parents are just big kids and want to join in the fun, we find from experience that too many parents watching the activties puts some of the children off and hinders their creativity as they become distracted.  Therefore we like to encourage you to let us run the adventure workshop for you and then when we have finished we hand back over to you for the Birthday tea.

1 hour party                              £150.00 (Price quoted for a maximum of 20)

1 and a half hour party          £185.00 (Price quoted for a maximum of 20)

2 hour party                             £200.00 (Price quoted for a maximum of 20)

Extra children                          £6.50 each ( Up to a maximum of 25 children)

Party Bags (Basic)                 £2.75 each

Party Bags (Deluxe)               £4.00 each

Party Bags (Super deluxe)   £6.50 each

We can also provide a wide range of extras for you to add to your party bag is you wish.  Please contact us for ideas.

How Do I book?

If you would like to book one of our parties then all you have to do is choose one of the themes and give us a call.  We will send you our party booking pack and then all you need to do is fill in the form and return to us with a deposit for £50.00 which is then deducted from the final invoice.

It is helpful to us if you can provide us with the following information when requesting your party pack so we can get an idea of the party we will be catering for.

*       Will there be boys and girls / boys / girls

*       How many children will there be?

*       Would you like a 1 hour or a 1 1/2 hour workshop?

*       Do you want us to provide the party bags, tablewear or decorations?
